Did you guys notice the new Remote Touch on the new Lexus RC? That car is set to debut at the Tokyo Auto Show. I wonder if the '15 GS will get this? Seems like they revised it to accept writing using fingers like the German brands and no more silly mouse.

I saw that. I wonder how it will operate when going through menus. At least with the remote touch it snapped into selections. This will be really interesting to see and try.

I despise the finger writing like the Audi has. I'm a lefty and it can never decipher the chicken scratch my right hand draws lol.

They could drop the rotary know to shift from sports to eco to whatever, to save some space. I thought it was unnecessary and use up most of the center console.

Yeah the big selector **** for the mode is goofy. The Infiniti Q50 uses a simple up/down toggle switch for this and it's canted towards the driver. Much more elegant and saves space on a crowded console.

FTR just about every other 4GS market except the US has power folding mirrors. We just got shafted.

Why is it silly? I like it the mouse. It took me like a couple of hours to get used to it and its great. Have no problem with it at all. If they are going to go away from it let it at least be a choice when buying a car, i'd keep the mouse option

They do. When the 4GS debuted in 2012, euro spec cars had them in addition to the lower trunk. They just decided to drop them from the us spec cars.
