For those in SoCal still looking for a GS lease, I highly recommend Longo. I live in Orange County and have talked to most dealers in the area, but checked out Longo on the recommendation of a friend. I got a 2014 F-Sport (in Deep Sea Mica, which there are not many of) (MSRP: $59,282) on a 24-month lease with 15,000 miles per year for what I consider to be a great price. I traded in a car, but will give you the numbers excluding the equity but including the "conquest cash" that you get for trading in any non-Lexus vehicle. $0 down, $514/mo. with tax. I was originally quoted $559/mo. but when I got there was informed of the additional $1,000 for trading in any non-Lexus. The deal is good through the end of the month. I dealt with Jeff, the internet manager, who was very upfront and decent. I shopped around in Orange County and was not offered anything even close. Very happy with the deal and the car!

Wow - great deal jdf! Only .41 per mile on a 59k vehicle.

Congrats and enjoy - thanks for the tip about Longo - will include them on our next vehicle deal search.

Why is it cheaper to lease a GS than an IS?

There's $1250 customer lease cash right now and I suspect there's some Lexus to dealer cash that is helping dealers cut some killer deals. It's amazing - you can lease an almost 60k msrp car for under 500 a month incl tax - WOW.

Ha ha - You're right - lots of Lexus dealers here - lots of competition. But we do have some not so great things like high taxes and high home prices so I'm not so sure we come out that far ahead in the deal. When you're ready for your next Lexus, you might consider taking a mini vacation, pick up the car and enjoy a nice ride back to TX - it's not that far.

Take care,

Bill G

Could you share the details of the deal like msrp, selling price, etc and the dealer?

Thanks, Bill G

If anyone needs a good sales rep and does not matter what state you reside in ( he could ship the car pretty much anywhere, he saved my buddy up in Phoenix $80 a month) Inbox me for his info, I purchased 2 Lexus of this gentleman,

2014 IS 250 F sport Fully loaded
2014 GS 350 F sport fully loaded

Hew was straight forward, did not catch him in any lies, extremely knowledgeable, give it a try you never know,

Best luck everyone keep us posted.
