I'm looking at a black on red F-Sport lease return...22.5K miles, navi, back up sensors/cam, etc and 2013. The dealer is asking a purchase price of $43K but I was able to negotiate $42K out the door (tax, tag title, dealer, destination, etc. all included). I told them I needed to sleep on it and I am headed back there tomorrow....what do you guys think?

Hmmm, that's what i thought. I was going to be blown away if you got that on an F-Sport haha. Nonetheless, enjoy, that is a good deal nonetheless.

the monthly is good but still need to know negotiated price, residual. Money factor would still be the same. Also remember it's like almost $2250 in incentives if I'm not mistaken so if negotiated price is -3500 from msrp, which is completely doable then you have 51,300. Take away incentives then you have about 49K. Residual should still be around 71% even with the mileage being 12k because the term is 24months. With the above I get $360 month with the $2500 driveoffs. However, I was guessing the negotiated price.

baldwin,

$400 monthly payment included 9% sales tax.

in CA, there's $1,250 lease cash plus lexus covers you the first month payment. In my case, the incentive was $1,650 ($1,250 lease cash plus $400 month pmt)

negotiated price was $48,858 so it was about $6K off of MSRP. Residual is 72% at $39,515. Money factor at .000855. With this calculation i get $400. My credit score was 828.

Am I missing anything?

you're right. Looked over my numbers that i inserted and I didn't change the msrp from mine to yours. Just noticed it. Numbes now look way more in line.

Got an offer for a 2013 FSport for $48,100+TTL and 2.9%
Packages are NV + PA + BD + Z1
Sticker was like ~$57K, so roughly 9K off MSRP

Would you guys get this over a 2014? I believe some were able to get $5-6K off sticker. They are offering 1.9% with December to Remember.

Which is the better deal?

its all depend on what they still have in lot

for me they still have number of 2013 f-sport with same config (but diff colors).

so i play my game..

still i wasn't ready, until another dealer (bit far away) who are known for their aggressive price match, told me that even they can't beat this price (at that time my dealer was asking 49.5K)..

so i went to my dealer and take the car out for 49k.

It will be a December to remember for me!!! As of yesterday I am the proud owner of a new Starfire Pearl 2014 GS350AWD! I ended up getting a car with an MSRP of $56578 for $5000 down (wife's piece of junk Vovlo XC90 with almost 140k miles as trade) $350 month for 27 months 12K/year. This included all taxes and fees, with the only out of pocket cost being the registration transfer. They also had to go get the vehicle, because they didn't have the color I wanted on the lot. They also threw in all weather mats and theft deterrent. The funny thing is that when getting ready to trade my wife's SUV in I realized that leasing the new GS will cost less per month than it did to own her vehicle which we purchase used CPO!!
