I love this convo. Haha. I can't believe someone is jealous over a Sentra for its power fold mirrors! Trek should definitely take SW13GS's offer if it's such a big deal.

You guys are funny. I have to admit, that was a good one, SWGS13.

But I already have the Nissan Sentra. I bought it for my daughter who just finished college and still lives at home, so I can drive it whenever I want, or whenever I need the adrenaline rush of pulling up to the valet post of a five star restaurant while power folding the Sentra's mirrors just to show off. Jags, Benzes, Beamers, Lexies are so passé.

The Nissan Sentra is where it's at, baby! True luxury for 19.6K, 2K off the sticker!

The only thing I like about the power folding mirrors is I know I've locked the car. The power trunk I wish we had I was shocked that it didn't have it. It would be nice but it's a deal breaker. I'm grateful at my age I'm driving such a nice car! Someone I know just leased a suburu and i'm driving a 60k+ car..

I'm still hoping for an update for the siri eyes free.

Well to be fair Lexus prices in the US are the lowest on planet Earth so no wonder Europeans get little things like folding mirrors cause they are already paying 30% more. But that also grants you flexibility apparently cause in Europe you can package night vision with F-Sport for an example, and night vision has not been discontinued over there either.

On the the 3, 1300 mile trips I have taken in the first 5 months I owned it, it is the best, most comfortable car I have ever driven.
I read somewhere that you need to put the car in Sport+ and shift the transmission from Drive to Manual mode for the paddle shifters to be more responsive.

I had a 13 gs (no folding mirrors) and now have a 13 550i (with power mirrors). Very useful in my tight garage but not a huge deal. Honestly IMO the biggest issue is that Lexus decided to add these things one year into the cycle, making the early adopters feel shafted. Not nice to those who supported you early

We get the added bonus of not having to read you starting another one of these threads on this forum again too. Your daughter gets the added bonus of not having to let her Dad drive her graduation present on a nasty snowy day so his car can stay clean...his car he's embarrassed to be seen in that is because the mirrors don't power fold.

Who do I make the check out to and when can I come take that piece of garbage off your hands? I will actually bring cash if you want. Or, just tell me what color Sentra, I'll go buy it, drive it to you and we can just do an even swap.

I mean seriously...this car is pure sex, what were we suckers thinking when we bought the 4GS over this?

The thrill of the 130 horses from that 1.8L power plant. The incessant nauseating drone from the banded Nissan CVT as you lay into all that power. The thrill of hitting a highway offramp and having the 70% front weight distribution shove the FWD Sentra ahead into the curb. All of that AND power folding mirrors? My God...we're morons!

You pull up to the Country Club and show off those mirrors folding in and out....in and out...instant respect. The valets will all clamor to park your Sentra for you just so they can try them out.

Best. Post. Ever

Here is to hoping the OP does just this and NEVER needs to post here again

In the scheme of things, that would be a big
