I've recently retired and moved back to the States and have a 2014 GS on order for a Feb delivery. My next step is to buy a new phone and my phone company (Verizon) recommended a Samsung 4G. I've read threads discussing the importance of having an IPhone for the Siri functions to work so I called my Lexus dealer and asked their opinion. Lexus says the Samsung 4G can now do all the functions of the IPhone, as far as the GS is concerned, so it's just personal preference. Right now I'm free to buy any phone and I value (from past experience) and would appreciate your opinions. Thanks.

The iPhone works best with Lexus followed by Android and last is Blackberry. The only downside of the iPhone is that because it does not support MAPS you can only recieve text messages in the car but cannot reply. Not a Lexus problem but an Apple one. Hopefully Apple changes that in the future. But working for an Automall out of our Lexus store I can confirm iPhones are the best in terms of integration.
