Go straight down from the steering wheel you will see it. It's on the dash half almost at the edge. You will also find the button for tpms reset and AFS switch if yours is equipped with one.
Well I think it's pretty bright in park, but as soon as you put it in drive, it dims dramatically. I think changing bulb wouldn't make much difference.
