Default What else can a GS350 vs Cadi CTS V do?

Yesterday showed my friend that a text message will come up on the screen and the system will read it back to me. My friend went bonkers!!! his cadi cts v cant do a damn thing!!! He cannot play videos... he spent yesterday car in the shop changin his brakes at cadillac changing the rotors and pads... ($1200 later) he is back on the road again...

SO guys.. what else can a GS do that a cadillac can't???
love this car!

Bear in mind that your friend's Cadillac CTS-V is the previous generation, the new generation has more technology than the GS, overall.

A modern Cadillac will stay on the road for 100,000 miles without breaking down. The only reason your friend's brakes were so expensive is the super high performance brembo brakes on the CTS-V. That comes with the territory.

Ya I agree with above, you're comparing apples to oranges.
Nevertheless, we can't do 0-60 in 3.8 seconds like the Cadi. We dont have a supercharged V8 with 560 HP and TQs. And we dont have magnetic ride control suspension.
I would take those things over all the luxuries our cars offer if i may be honest.

There's already the latest CTS out so your friends is old and outdated. New ones have the CUE infotaiment system which more or less has the features of your GS

A ctsv is a damn rocket. Even though I work for a lexus dealer I wanted a ctsv but the wife said a caddy was a old persons car lol. With a cam, header and a smaller blower pulley they can make 700rwhp and run 10s in the 1/4

The new CTSV is BAD A$$, but just don't like the interior. Feels cheap.
