Right Tire Rubbing
Need Help!!!
Bought a 2013 GS 350 a year ago. I got it with 20inch rims, low profile tires (rear tires wider than front) from dealership, this is the way it was in a showroom. They never told me it would rub if I had car full of people and I assumed they know what they are selling. So I never had more than 2 people in it, few days a go had 3-5 people in the car and I noticed that right side only rubs when I hit a small/any bump on the road. We tried rotating people by weight and still did it. I tried 2 people in the front and 1 person on the back (120 pound female) it rubs right away at any bump. Any idea why right side only?
I called Lexus service on friday and they told me well u should have thought about it when you got the car, I was like well I assumed you guys know what you are selling, he said he can't help me, but I can maybe call sales and get them to take rims back and give me original set of rims. I don't really want to do that, but what is the best solution? How can it be fixed? Should I be trying to force them to fix it?

I would simply state that it is a reasonable expectation for the vehicle to hold 5 occupants in it and that is not something you would normally test in a test drive situation. It's logic and they cannot fault that.

I was being sarcastic. There is no way to fix it without replacing wheels or tires.
The wheel offsets are simply not right. I have 285s in the back with no rubbing.
I'd go after the dealership on principle based on their flippant response. Maybe they will lemon law the car then and you can get a newer model.
