Angry Does your on-screen cursor freeze?

Sometimes, when moving the cursor from the small screen on the right to the main screen, the cursor freezes. Makes the left screen completely unusable. The only solution is to shut down and restart a car. Happens to me once or twice a month. Does it happen to anyone else?

Take it in and have them look at it. I have never experience that.

Haven't heard of this one before. I agree, take it in and see if there is a software update.

I have the same problem. I notice that if start the car and immediately play with the remote touch button to select on any items the screen cursor would disappear or freezes. Sometimes I also get a small rectangular box in the center. If you leave the system alone for a few minutes while it boots up properly when you start the car the problem does not happen. Going to bring this to the dealer when I have the next service.

I haven't had the screen freeze but there is the need to move the joystick in a two-step procee for it to change screens from left to right or from right to left. Slew left, stop, and then slew once again.
