Have my '13 GS F sport in for oil change and dealer claims I need an "Induction" service which runs about 150. Car has 21k on it. Anyone else came across this? I told them I would wait.

This sounds like a fuel induction system cleaning:
Throttle body
Valves
Etc.
I've read people do it around every 40k as insurance to make sure no build ups occur. Of course, I know some will argue to wait longer or just do it yourself with Chevron cleaners for example but I personally will talk to a few shops to gauge their recommendations when the time/mileage comes.

not all.
I bet you'll go begging your dealer for help when something goes wrong with your car that is out of warranty.
Dealerships have their value. Its not for everybody. Its for people who don't like to F around looking for the cheapest oil change with a free car wash.
I take my car to the dealer, pay a premium and not worry about it. If I can afford it, it's fine.
Although regarding the fuel induction service , two words, Snake Oil.

21K doesn't sound that bad to me, after all he could have had the car for around 2 years. Mine's a 2013 with 34k on it. And i've enjoyed every mile too! Seems like there's a consensus that "induction service" is pretty much a pocket picking in progress. I've had many cars and never had that sales pitch.

Regarding begging the dealer after warranty - that will not happen as there is no chance I will keep the car past its warranty.
As for miles yeah its quite a bit although I picked it up as a demo with 2k on the clock back in december of '12 and have taken 4 1k+ mile road trips.
