Thanks Onexcite. I took it in for routine maintenance and asked about the headlamp. I dont know how thoroughly they looked into it but he kinda gave me the blow off like its completely acceptable to have a new F Sport with a terrible looking headlamp. The front end is the best angle of our cars I think, and to have this "blemish" completely kills it.

Its like dating a supermodel with a lazy eye, haha

Don't put up with this...take it to another dealer if this one won't help you.

That's horse****. Take it back and if you get the same response, escalate to his manager. And if the service manager tries the same thing, speak to the General Manager. Sounds like they are trying to brush you off because they think they can. It's still under warranty. Period.

Don't they get paid by lexus for warranty work? Seems to me like this is an easy paid job for their dealership. That's why it's so odd to me that they are being so passive
