Tire issue
So yesterday I found that I have a bubble in the side wall of one of my tires. I have approx. 4600 miles on the car.
So here is my dilemma:
1. I had the dealership replace the OEM tires with Michelin Pilot Super Sports before I would take delivery.
2. I did not purchase the tire/wheel protection.
3. The dealership I purchased from is 300+ miles from where I live.
Who should resolve this issue? A local Lexus dealership? The dealership I purchased from? Contact Michelin directly?

I would start with a local dealership (just because that would be the easiest one to try). If that doesn't work, call the dealership where you purchased it from (share pictures of the tire if they ask). Keep Michelin as a last resort (though they should be able to help as well)

Bubble usually forms when you hit a pothole really hard. They will end up changing the tire. If you don't have road hazard insurance or tire/wheel protection, then you'll probably be paying out of pocket.

So the local dealership told me to reach out to the dealership where I bought the car. The service manager where I bought the car said to take it to any Michelin dealer or to their local dealer (Sewell Cadillac) and they would handle it. He confirmed that I had purchased the road hazard insurance.

ok, u are lucky that u purchased that road hazard, or else there is no way that would be covered by any body, the bubble is usually caused by pot hole or curb. which they dont cover.

Right, bubble is not a tire issue, it is caused by a road hazard. Glad you bought insurance (I did, first time ever, but after my experience with two bubbled tires and two bent wheels in 30 months with my BMW, I figured for $500 I'd come out ahead).
