Since day 1 I always thought my seats rattled and vibrated. I would look over while driving and see my passenger seat vibrating. Took it in for my 10k and apparently they have only seen this once on an RX. Needless to say when I went back to the dealership my car is now seatless both passenger and driver seat which I guess was worse. Hey at least now I have a light blue ES350 as a loaner. I want my GS F sport back. I no longer felt manly driving home in that car. I know I have seen others post things on seats. I recommend taking it in

My passenger seat rattles/shakes like you mentioned. I complained to Lexus once and they told me it was something, they "fixed" it but never did. I plan on bring it up again at my 10K in June or in May when I need a state inspection.
I hope lexus starts offering the NX as a loaner

Also check the seat belt rattling against the door/pillar. If the seat is not positioned a certain way I found most lexus cars rattle here - it's the hard plastic on the seatbelt buckle touching the pillar

I was told that both of the motors are skipping gears so they both need to be replaced. It's not a safety hazard but very annoying and now it will be a couple more days without my car. My wife thought I was being picky but the technician said there was a problem for sure. They say it rarely happens but I think I've seen the vibrating seat posts here before
