So I just replaced my pads with the Centrix ceramics ($35 per set on fleabay).
FRONT: CENTRIC 105.11180 POSI-QUIET CERAMIC
REAR: CENTRIC 105.13911 POSI-QUIET CERAMIC
The front is the easiest brake job I've ever done! Remove wheels, pull a safety pin with a plier, pull out longer pin/ spring, pull out old pads, spray with brake cleaners, lubricate new pads at metal contacts, reassemble everything else. Took 2 hours for the fronts (only 20min for the second wheel).
The rear requires the removal of a 14mm bolt while you hold another 14mm bolt with a wrench. Lift caliper, remove pads/ springs, spray with brake cleaners, lube, and replace.
Took car out for bedding. Brakes real smooth, for street driving I can't tell the difference. No squealing so I'm happy. Just washed the car yesterday so we'll see how much improvement with regard to brake dust.
Thanks to JoelC for his research I've been looking for ceramics for a while now.
