Seeing the 4th Gen GS in profile parked next to the LS just reminded me how sleek, sporty yet elegant this new generation is. You can clearly see which Lexus is from the new generation Lexus design language.

The word that comes to mind about the 4GS is TAUT. This car's design screams I mean business, I'm packing some muscle but I'm also agile and lithe. Especially so in F-Sport trim.

Someday in history, I suspect we'll look back on the 4GS and realize it marked something groundbreaking for Lexus and showed for the first time, how Japan married sport to luxury so seamlessly in one car.

I keep coming back to the GS even after being tempted momentarily by the new IS, the new RC and the new NX and even the Audi A6. I think I'm over the GS and bam! One look at a tastefully modded GS (What else can we expect from Lexfather ) and I'm in love all over again

For me, put a V8/boosted 6 (with Toyota's latest fuel saving technologies and reliability baked-in) into a F-Sport 4th Gen GS and it would be the perfect car.

I've driven my son in law's black on black '13 S8.
The car is an amazing beast but very expensive.
You have to buy one like he did 6-8 weeks ago.Slightly used.
A '13 w/4K miles for $92K.
List was $126K.

Definitely not a commuter car.Weekend pleasure drives.

I once had a LS460 which I sold to my brother and got the GS4. I would have to say the GS is more of a fun car and the LS is super luxury, also roomy. Great choice! More mods and more pics please...

Thank you jadu

Lexus has been good to me and my family. From dealerships to safely to going above and beyond when needed. When there was a need, for the most part Lexus always expanded their lineup to meet that need. I am also fortunate enough where my job enables me to drive a variety of vehicles near daily. When the time comes, I hope to add something to the Lexus stable but I doubt I ever leave. We cannot say enough good things about Lexus as company and its cars.

Thank you! I wish..that is some serious serious dough

Thanks bro..I hope to have some things soon.

We did shop around a few things, wife likes Audi as do I. In my thread I explained my looking at the A8 (diesel was interesting). My wife loves their SUVs but the SQ5 is tough to find. The RS5 is amazing to me as the S7...

The S8 clearly is a beast but its 120k base which is near 40k more base to base on a LS F-sport

Can't wait

If not this lifetime the next

Thank you..

We both had to leave work on lunch to meet for a baby CPR class...I snapped this pic of us parked together...

otay, now you're showing off lol... just kidding what are the chances of seeing these 2 cars parked back to back, white and looking quite nice??? sweet...:thumb up: if i do Audi, it will definitely be an A8.
