Navigation-arrival time keeps turning off
Just noticed this for the past two weeks. When using navigation if I choose "arrival time" the display will often switch back to displaying 'time to destination.' This seems to occur when I am at a stop for any period of time.
I never had an issue like this before. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks

I had the same thing happen to me about a week ago. It kept switching to time to destination and I would switch back to arrival. It changed about 4 times during the trip and then stopped. It has not repeated this since.

I've noticed this happening recently as well. Was in for service yesterday, complained about this, they said they did a software update on the Nav, but it's still doing this. Very annoying.

I am seeing the exact same problem. So I've started paying attention to when this happens. It seems that the switch over from arrival time to travel time coincides with the loss of the GPS signal (i.e. the GPS logo in the upper left part of the screen becomes grayed out). This is driving me nuts!

I'd been having this problem for weeks and it was driving me nuts.
The other day, the car wasn't receiving traffic info (I have an XM Traffic subscription.). I called SiriusXM and had a refresh signal sent to the radio. Since then, the arrival time has stayed on just as it used to.
My suggestion, if you are having this problem and have an active XM subscription, is to send a refresh signal. You can do this yourself on the SiriusXM website or you can call them and have it done.
