Default Noise from Brake Actuator

I have a noise that I am noticing when going from full stop to acceleration. After about 2 seconds once depressing gas, there is a small croak, seemingly close to drivers side.

I also notice when riding with light breaking, a similar noise, although in this case, it is extended, almost like sticking brake sound. However, have confirmed that brakes are good.

Dealer suspects a problem with the actuator and has contact lexus and getting rep to look at.

Car has 35 K miles.

Anyone else experience this? Other theories?

Assume the dealer check your piston? I had a problem with my LGT once when the piston could not 'retract' because of a bad seal. Did your FC increase lately?
