If you find the tinny sound coming from the front 2 tweeters awful when you make a call on your phone, then the only way to get Lexus to realize they have an intolerable problem, not in the 2GS or the 3GS, is call and tell them.

When I called, they didn't seem to think it was a known problem and told me to have others call if it really was wide spread.

Please call 1-800-25-LEXUS, option 5 and voice your opinion!!

I just called and they said they will look into the matter. They also said they recieved a few other callers today saying the same thing. I guess your post is really working.

Lets do this with other complaints and maby 2015 model will get better right on time to trade in for a GSF

Just don't call them in the GS or you won't be able to hear them.

I was told to have my dealer check it. I already deleted my phone on the list and nothing changed, so not sure what the dealer will accomplish.
