Default Need advise! What exhaust system should I get!?

Hi everyone,

I go by Charles. please don't say I'm newbie and have no knowledge in cars because I really know nothing about cars. I bought 2013 GS350 F Sport RWD almost a year ago and I have always wanted to change the exhaust as it sounds a bit too boring (but I also don't to have SUPER loud ones because I'm not young anymore..hehe). I have done quite studies to find out what catback and midpipe are......

I guess I have few questions and hope to get the best answers from the 4GS owners here.

1) Someone recommended Invidia q300 catback is good...any thoughts or any other better brand you guys would recommend?
2) Should I just change the catback only? (midpipe?)
3) Should I also change the intake since I'm changing the exhaust system.

Anyway, thanks everyone!!!!!

Based on your post I would just go with an axle back as you don't want to much noise. Going with a cat back will produce more noise, vs an axle back.

I second this. Your best options are a Joe Z or Invidia axle back. Both sound good (my preference is the Joe Z though). An axle back will give you a nice growl when you step on it where a cat back lets its presence be known throughout the entire RPM range.

Thank you for the recommendation. It looks like Joe Z will be the best way to go!!

JoeZ has a deeper growl than the Invidia. Axle back loudness is comparable with Invidia being slightly more subtle.

Going full cat back I feel the JoeZ is closer to V8 while Invidia is closer to Infiniti
