2014 gs 350 f sport leasing
Hey guys, just leased a 2014 GS 350 f sport. Nebula/Cabernet. Msrp at 59383.
Did a 24 month lease 15k/year, 508.95 a month, money factor was .00125. Sale price was 51989. 3500 trade in. Bought it during the golden opportunity deal 3 days ago. Is this a good deal?
Please help guys. Thank You!

I'm assuming $51989 is after the $1750 Lease Rebate and the first month's payment reduction?
Your sale price is good, I paid $54,000 - 1750 (So 52,250) on an MSRP of $59,818 - but the MF sounds a little high assuming you have good credit. I think the MF I got was 0.00045 - it took quite a bit of arguing back and forth to get them to lower the MF since the dealership claims the MF isn't negotiable.
My details (bought at the end of July 2014):
Lease Term - 27 months w/10k miles per year
MSRP - $59,818
Price - $54,000 - $1750 Rebate
Down Payment - $5000 (trade in from the sale of my car) - I paid $5416 at signing including my first month's payment, Lexus pays the same amount as your first month's payment up to $800 as a cap cost reduction.
MF - 0.00045
Residual - 68%
Monthly payment : $416/month with taxes

Seems Like a pretty good to me, I"m contemplating in the next 24hr to trade in my 08 460 and lease a 350Fsport,
I test drove one and it has enough power/room for me and my kid. Actually loved it w/exception of power trunk and auto close doors lol and lack of finding one w/adaptive cruise here in Socal. Maybe I should have patience and find one with adaptive cruise and have it shipped to me. Either way I'm going to pick up something before the sales deals end. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

According to edmunds.com the "Tier 1" MF is 0.00065, so I told them unless I was getting that rate I was walking - they tried to offer me 0.00125 as the starting MF and said it was the Tier 1 rate.
I walked away from the Finance manager's office and the General Manager agreed to lower the rate to 0.00065 - but they refused to let me buy down the rate using Multiple Security Deposits, so I still wasn't happy with numbers and they agreed to lower it down a bit more, so the MF was 0.00045.

Your $3500 from the trade in helped a lot to get the payment down to the low 500s.

Good lord, I don't understand any of the calculations, I hate math. I'm just going to print out everyones MF rates with me and bring them in when I negotiate, hopefully I won't get slammed, I'm hoping to get one fully loaded for low to mid 500's.

?? Are you asking my OTD price on the car?
I don't have the contract nearby, so I'm estimating and going off memory but the price of the car was $54,000 plus a $700 lease aquisition fee, $299 in dealer processing fees, plus $425 for title+tags plus they added in a $495 wear+use insurance on the lease. So $55,919 - VA state taxes the car before any rebates, and tax is 4.05%. So $2,516 in tax, minus $1,750 rebate - first month's payment ($416) = $56,269 with a down payment of $5,416 ($5000 trade in, and first month's payment).
Taxes and fees vary from state to state so it isn't a great comparison though.
BTW- For the MF you can go here to see what others are getting and ask if they can provide you a MF for your specific lease type (24 months / 15k per year):

I got a deal at ray catena lexus in Freehold NJ for $516.00 a month, MSRP was $61,334 GS FSPORT AWD. Nothing out of pocket except first month and 8 MSD's. 27 months 15k/year. So total was $516 for first month and $4200 in MSD's which I will get back at lease end. Also got 2 free services included too at 20k and 30k. This was in June 2014 before they had the free first month for free from Lexus... If anyone wants the sales person i dealt with i can send anyone a PM with the info...

I don't remember all of the details, but I leased my car in January. It is the 2014 GS 350 with Luxury Package, power folding mirrors, power trunk, park assist etc MSRP was $60,6XX. 2 free services as well. I did a 1 pay up front. It is 27 months with 10k/yr. It broke down to just under $520/mo. out the door (no extra money down or anything). I got this through a leasing company in Brooklyn by way of Lexus of Englewood (NJ).
