Went to another dealer and said sorry, we have to charge you $194 + labor.
I might just keep a look out on eBay cause I am sure that panel just pops right out with the tool

Does any one have a part number for this?

I managed to get dealership changed two door trims for me. However, after I got my car, I immediately found that some kind of squeak/click noise from driver's door side when running on bumpy road. When I press the new aluminium trim a bit hard, it squeaks. Then I found the door panel wasn't assembled properly. It had a huge gap between panels that I can fit my fingertip. I brought it back twice to get the gap completely fixed. And now the squeak is even louder...I'm really frustrated and almost gave up on dealer's capability to fix the noise issue!

What happened to Lexus these days???

Is this TSB even worth doing? Seems risky. Taking the door panel out. What if they **** up our doors?

Unfortunately they did...I just thought they could have done a much better job and this seems to be a mistake...

When they first fixed my trim, the driver side trim was not seated all the way. So I emailed my advisor and I took the car back to the dealer and the tech fixed it correctly the second time. I didn't notice any damage other than the trim not sitting correctly the first time.

So, can I still bring my car into a dealership and get this fixed? Not really sure how these TSB work.

• This repair is covered under the Lexus Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.

Yep, it's just another old used car that has some wear and tear...

Try it out at a few Lexus dealerships and you never know when you might get lucky.

I'll try whenever I have some time, problem is I only have one in the area. The next closest one is 2 hours away.

I'm in the market for a 2015 gs350 f and every one i looked at had this very issue. even one with only 19k miles had beat up trims! It looks like the tsb is for 2013 and 2014. Are the 2015's eligible?

thanks for all the info provided in this thread, I wasn't able to get the dealer to replace these but it wasn't too difficult to do it myself once I source the parts online.

Anyone have a link for these trim panels and how to replace them? Thanks in advance.
