Problem is when you replace, it can just as easily get dinged up again. The seatbelt hits it sometimes when it retracts. I have bamboo trim in my 450h and looks perfect, not even a scratch. You could try pushing out the dings yourself once you take it off or see if a PDR place can pull out the dings without taking the panel off.

There was a TSB on the aluminum trim. Dealer replaced mine for free. The dings never came back since then.
