Lexus quality gone

I agree, Lexus quality is no longer there. At least it does not belong to high end/luxury cars any longer.
The problem from those who live in Canada is way bigger though, Lexus of Canada charges too much (i.e. gouge) for the IS about $15,000 more than in the US. The service is horrible. They don't always give loaner car. Not only that, but you may find a dealer such as Lexus of Calgary who don't have mini van shuttle to get Lexus cars owners to their destinations. If you talk to their service manager Al Ratani you'll get nothing but grumpiness/frown face telling you they can not have a loaner for each Lexus car owners. The service mangers tell you complain to Lexus of Canada but if you talk to Lexus Canada they'll get back to you after a whole week telling you, this left to dealership.

Sounds to me like your issue is with dealerships in your area, not with the car itself. Dealerships are independently owned, they aren't operated by Lexus.
As for pricing, you can thank your government's tariffs and such for that...that price differential between a US and Canadian Lexus is no more than any other similar car.

I'm going to bring my car in this Saturday to get my wheel problem resolved. I'm taking it back to my original dealer and already talked to my Sales Manager to back me up just in case the service guys try to mickey mouse me. I'm going to demand a new wheel cause this car is only 2 months old and we have bought 3 cars from them in 5 months, so we'll see how loyal they are.

They shut you down with BS certification hurdles that would cost thousands to overcome. Cars marketed in Canada are certified and approved for sale by Canadian government agencies. Such approvals have NOT been given for vehicles imported from the U.S. There are certain exceptions for collectors' items, but the major play to keep U.S. market vehicles out of the Canadian market. As usual, the government operates at near 100% efficiency at this task (saying "NO").

Little update.
My GS spent 2.5 weeks in service again.
They did:
1. Rear dampers change
2. SW update incl. new maps
3. Door trim panels changed
4. Wheel again alligment again (wasn't done properly)
5. AC cleaning because of smell again
6. Changed F Sport wheels because of maps
7. Solving ratlles: dashboard around gauges box (I'm not sure what it is exactly called in English)
8. Rattles from speaker cover on dashboard on left side infront of driver
9. Rattles from silver trim panel infront of passenger's seat
10. Rattles from the driver's seat belt holder on the B pillar
11. Changing battery in keyless remote
All solved under the warranty for now. We will see if it will remain in this state or if some parts of noise reduction tape wil stop doing job properly.
After 2.5 weeks I spent in the CT loaner I was so much looking forward my GS.
Sad point is I had to complain to the EU HQ to start solving my issues and taking it seriously. I visited the dealerships several times with the same repetitive issue. After all of this the Czech HQ gave me a $250 voucher like compensation I **** on $250 voucher if I wanted just not rattling car
My advice for all of you who are experiencing some problems: Don't be discouraged! If one dealership is not helpful changed them and complain again and again. It's just about staff in the dealerships and their attitude.
PS: New version of SW isn't bringing any new features to my GS. So still it's not possible auto-lock doors in this EU spec.
