Here in Canada we are talking about two different warranties. One is Tire/Rim which does not include curbing a wheel.
The other is "wear pass" and is only sold to people leasing ?? It covers cosmetic items, like curbing a wheel, stone chips,windshield, etc.
Seems Lexus doesn't care about those of us that buy a vehicle outright, so for $240 a year they will ensure the vehicle looks brand new for leases only?
I've yet to talk to a manger about this but I want to keep my vehicle looking like new as well, so I want this warranty as well. I know Audi doesn't care if you buy or lease you can buy their product "after care" either way.
Just a thought, but maybe my car iinsurance company provides this type of insurance? As they already call it a luxury vehicle and for $24 a year ensure any damage is fixed using genuine Lexus parts as well as providing full original vehicle cost in case the car is totalled.
