Default 2014 GS 350 every glass distorted?

I have a 2014 GS 350 that has distortion on every glass (windshield, back glass, and every door glass). The distortion appears like ripples and is not confined to a certain part of the glass; the distortion completely covers every part of each glass. I took the car to one dealer and immediately they said that this car had a coating that is usually sold at the dealer and sometimes it causes this issue. I don't recall paying for such coating. I thought they put a special coating on the paint that splattered on the glass or on the glass itself. I took the car back to the dealer where I bought it from, but the reps claim that there was no coating on the car, and did not give any reason for this issue. I am beside myself as this does not make any sense and is distracting when driving. Any ideas what it could be? Is it a coating, is it an issue with a tint in the OEM glass, is it a defect in the glass? If not, what could it be? Thank you.

Makes no sense to me, and hard to believe every glass on the car is defective. Do you see it with sunglasses on, or with or without them?

Yes, you could see these dots from the outside on every glass, even the moon roof glass. From inside, it has a ripply effect which is very obvious. One local dealer said it is either a coating that went bad or tinting that went bad. The dealer I bought it from totally dismisses these remarks, but wouldn't tell me what was wrong with it. Are they skirting responsibility? This is very strange and it's driving me crazy.

Take it to a tinting shop. Even if they don't know what the problem is, they should be able to eliminate tinting as a cause. Then run it to a glass shop and have them diagnose it. Once you have the problem in hand, march into the dealer and demand the appropriate fix. Good luck.

I agree if your wearing Polarized glasses, your going to see dot like area's in the glass.

I had a very strange situation with our RX 2008 350, after 3 years of ownership, one day what looked like water spots on the glass appeared on the side windows only. It did not matter what was done the spots were not coming off. My dealership took a look and replaced all 4 windows with no problems.
Don't let the dealership dismiss you, stay on it.

To me, it sounds like bad tint. You should be able to get it removed. Otherwise you need to go to a different dealership or work your way up the chain at Lexus because distorted glass it a safety issue.

Could it be window tint? Do you have this issue on the front windshield? Isn't it illegal to tint the front windshield? And it's usually rare that people tint their sunroof too isn't it? Hopefully it is tint causing the issue because that's a really easy fix.
