I have had an interesting problem crop up a couple of times. Of course, I haven't had it occur when I was near a dealership nor could they find a problem. The first time it happened was in the spring on a cool morning. It has happened a couple of times on cool mornings this fall. With an outside temperature of 55, and the climate control set at 74, cold air was blowing out of the front passenger upper vents (no passenger in drivers seat and climate control set to 3 zone on auto). There was warm air coming out of driver lower vent. I didn't check the nav screen o see what the flow indicators said.
