$3k markup...sounds like they want to make a fortune from those people who either cant wait or have a disposable income. I make excellent income and could buy one today but I work hard for my money so I'll pass until prices go down.

It's a brand new model with a lot of interest and very little inventory, of course they're going to try gouging the early adopters.

Personally, if I'm going to sit in a car for 100k miles, I want to like the interior and the GS interior is light years ahead of the RC in terms of comfort

With that small Nav on both RC and RC F, I say big "NO' to them.

But I'm afraid it's a 350. The F would be in the 1Ks.

Seriously they're treating that RC 350 like an LFA and it's not even the RC F. No test drive without approved credit. lol

Both the IS and the RC have that ugly left-over parts center stack. I could live with the small (compared to the GS) Nav screen, but that center stack is awful....

The door switch trim and glovebox are also horribly cheap on the RC. The RC-F gets real carbon fiber and it looks gorgeous but it's in a much higher price bracket.

I'm so happy with the GS and the RC barely compares. It's like a tarted up IS. Not saying the IS is bad but the IS and GS are vastly different in class.

I'm gonna keep an eye out for the GS-F. As long as they don't go crazy with the spindle grille and put the v8 under the hood, it'll be a must buy for me.

not sure what your sitting position is but a 5'9" person adjusted the front seat for his sitting position and was able to sit fine in the backseat in post #14. Maybe you have long legs?

The RC look just like the Scion FR-S with V6 engine and a hefty price tag so I'm glad I got the GS.
Here at the dealer now with an RCF. The seats are awesome, the rear view mirror is much nicer than the one in the GS. And those wheels are really nice.

Other than that - forget it. Given the loss in interior volume and otherwise mediocre interior, it needs to be 911 class in sportiness.

My 4GS salesman told me no test drive for the LS, I even gave him a $50 gift card when I pick up my 4GS. Came back another time a different guy offer me the key and told me take the LS for 30 minutes drive by myself. Couple months later I came back and bought another car with a trade in from the new salesman. The 4GS salesman came up and ask me why not asking for him. I told him you didn't let me test drive the LS.

So if they won't offer you test drive, move to the next salesman. They all line up at buyer's disposable. I'll take the IS over the RC without a blink.
