33 mo with 12K a year at $509 a month with zero down and zero at signing.
Price will dip a bit at 36mo.
MSRP is $58K but the broker mentioned $62K but I think he may a mistake.

Keys wanted $574 at signing but I'm sure we can get that waived.

And yes first month no payment and free checkups for the year. I got a mug too. Wanted to all weather mats but they only offered at wholesale.
Looking at lease paper work and CAP was about $11k.
Well I got one quote from a SoCal dealer from which I got my IS250 at a good deal back in August and his numbers are these:

MSRP $57,275
Discount: $10,775 (incl Rebate)
Vehicle Price: $46,500
Residual: $33,220
Rebate: $5000

However, his lease payment numbers seemed high for that kind of discount. For 36/10K he is quoting $540 with 8% tax included and drive of $999 (Acq fee and DMV fees only).

What was your money factor?

For my deal I will have to check when I get home after the office. But all I know is that I'm paying $525 a month (after CA taxes) for a 2015 GS350 Fsport with a MSRP of $57,800+ at 33 months for 15K miles a year.
I checked out a couple of GS350 F-sports who wanted to get out of their leases early and they got killer deals earlier in the year. Below and URLs are their numbers (both live in Van Nuys, CA) :

- 2015 Nebula with red leather interior: $419 month at 10K a year for 24 months with a $4,500 security deposit. In which he gets back 30 days after lease. He had 13 months left and wanted me to pay the security deposit (that is why his payments where so low) and he would pay JAN payment, get car tags updated and oil change. I started process but I would of exceeded mileage by 3K and some scratches that worried me in the door sills/rims. http://www.flipalease.com/vehicles/2...-gs350-fsport/

- 2015 Silver/Red interior Fsport loaded too: Had 24 months left on lease (of a 36) and his monthly payment was $450 less tax a month with 15K a year. You can find the car on beepi.com (https://www.beepi.com/Buy/lexus/gs-350/2015/JTHBE1BL5FA001556) and craigslist LA (http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst...323073560.html). I started paperwork until I noticed the scratches under front bumper and wheel rash. He did a good job on the vinyl wrap on roof, front bumper and emblems though.

So the only drive off fees you paid that day was $160 correct? Everything else was rolled into the lease payment like $700 Acq fee etc.? What was your net cap cost?

Yes, only money that came out of my pocket for anything was $160. Any other expenses were rolled into the monthly payments.

Just contacted Century Auto Leasing in L.A. to help a friend get into a 2015 GS350 Fsport and got the following quote: ML package with a MSRP $57,700 is $436 (after L.A. taxes) a month for 33 months at 12K a year with $2500 down OR zero down with zero at signing for $511 a month. I'm trying to get priced a bit lower. However, if you are interested give Greg a text at 1-818-823-8138.

Down payment is way to much. I got my car cheaper then what any leasing company in SoCal quoted me. The only good thing with auto leasing company is that you dont have to negotiate with dealers.
The broker will pocket 1k from that 2.5k 100%.
