Eco mode reminds me most of the comfort setting in my Mercedes, which I loved. Wish Eco would start the car in second too. Btw does Eco really limit your a/c? Does it change anything else?

If you want the car to start in second, then drive in "Snow" mode.

I hate driving in Eco mode. The lag is too annoying. Eco is suppose to lower the AC (but not too much) and lessens throttle response. Saves gas by up shifting early, unless you floor it.

I can beat most Fiats and Priuses off the light in Eco mode.

So, no worries bros.

Ahh, I'll try that. I wonder can you have it in sport, or sport+ and still be in snow mode, or just normal?

Eco mode does cut ur A/C a lot to save energy, that is why Eco. It also retards the throttle timing response to keep the RPM low, but if u punch it, it still goes fast, cause ur basically telling the car "I really need u to get up and go but I forgot to turn off Eco mode," it'll still give u all the power but not as aggressive as Sport mode.

U can make the A/C blow at full power even on Eco mode through the Carista app but that defeats the purpose of Eco mode.

I actually don't mind Eco mode, still don't use it though. I kinda don't like how it almost feels like a CVT but other than that it's probably the most tolerable Eco mode I've ever tested.

Our ECO mode is better than most SPORTS modes in cheaper cars.
