They were lowered because the nav was given for 'free'

So, I'm assuming you emailed the dealerships individually? Or did you CC all the dealerships into one email thread and let them battle it out on price?
Your right, individual emails to all of them simply using the purchase inquiry feature on their respective websites. So upon their communications they had no idea what I was getting from other dealers and had to put their best deal out to entice me. Some wanted to call me and ask what I wanted to do, then work from there. Some said here it is, but if you come in we can do better. Others like Longo and Thousand Oaks was more inline with how I wanted to bargain and just sent me the best deals they could immediately. Oddly enough, some dealers never responded!

I would think in this day and age they have a good idea if I am shopping online they know I am doing this, hence they put out some great quotes first shot to make the deal smooth as butter. There is no way I feel any dealer would have given me quotes like they did if I was sitting right there in front of them saying "whats your best price"?!

The internet is a magical place for car shopping!

This is true from the similarly equipped 2014's I saw had a higher price tag with the added $1735 for Navigation, which is now "free".

It depends on the other options uo add above the F Sport package too of course which could really add up. I did get the premium Mark Levinson sound for $1380, which out here all the cars with it also have the park assist $500, and blind spot monitoring $700. I didnt really think I need those which added up too but they all had them, but now I am kinda starting to like them actually! Other tidbits that round out my car were the illuminated door sills $425, and the accessory package Z2 with the trunk mat, cargo net, wheel locks, and the rear bumper applique for $330.

It adds up quick!

I was devastated much as I am sure you where when I removed the front plate and saw the holes!

Wouldn't any dealerships drill holes for the plate though?

Whats worse is they screwed the frame to the mount on so tight it went through and put some tiny scratches on the paint too..

Did you do anything about this? I am thinking of calling them about this travesty...

what is a "reasonable" residual for 36 months in these Dec to Remember deals? 60%?

I get so jealous of the deals people get in CA. New England/NY people get friggin' hosed.
