F-Sport seats super uncomfortable on trips
#46
If I was on a long trip and tired from driving I'd be afraid I'd fall asleep if I rested my head on the headrest while driving. But, as the name implies - a headrest is made to rest your head! So, what do I know...
I've always considered the headrest more of a safety device to help prevent whiplash in case of an accident...

I used to get a back pain after a long drive but today I didn't get any after adjusting the headrest. Might need to try a longer drive and see if it really makes a difference.

Took another 6 hour roadtrip to NOLA. Adjusted the seat slightly and it was way more comfortable. No soreness. Would be nice if there was more cushion on the seat bottom like an inch or 2 more foam. On another note, I was driving a 2013-14 Avalon XLE and the seat and ride are more firm than I would expect or want for an Avalon, but still very nice car. Have a 6hr drive back to houston in the GS tomorrow. GS was way quieter at hwy speed than the Avalon.
