IIRC there are holes behind the emblem with corresponding pegs on the back of the badge.

Thanks I appreciate but how to access that back portions without ripping car apart? Maybe Josh knows since he painted his badges black. I just wanted to switch the oem ones for the black/white badges, looks much cleaner on my white gs.

Anyone know the best way to remove them?

You can just pull them off (carefully). My clear bra guy did that when he was installing it

I'll let someone else come in to confirm as I wasn't there when he pulled them, but I don't think there's any special trick needed.

That thing is just held by a double sided tape, the pins are only used for alignment during installation, no screws behind it.

This is how the back looks like.

Thanks again Filly. I thought I saw these for sale in black/white, my current ones are gunmetal/ white so it almost looked like it is black but I really want matte black with white. Would really set off the look of I can find it. Anyone know where they sell these in black/white?
