So I put the stock suspension back, but now the rear looks funny

if it hasn't been mentioned already, how bald are the tires and were you running on E when you took that pic? How does it look with a full tank of gas and driving say 50-100 miles. Usually new tires have 10/32 of tread. If the tires are bald, that's almost 5/8 (20/32nds) inch lost in tire circumference. Is the tire 245/40?

I think I will, this is way too high. When I'm next to RX we are at the same height.....
Im going back to the shop on Saturday, we'll see what they say.
That pic was taken with full tank. The tires are not bald. They maybe have 8,000 miles not more.

My GS looks exactly the same when it has a full tank and when it has an empty tank. Just replaced balder tires with new tires. Stance looks the same. Something is wrong.

I think the problem is with the springs, they were laying around uncompressed for too long. It might take a while for them to compress again. Today I parked next to another GS again. My fronts seems higher too. So, its not only the rear, fronts are also higher.
I think I just need to put some weight in the car and give it some time to settle. I mean, other than the height, I really can't tell or feel any difference. It drives good, it corners well, there are no knocks or any other noises coming from suspension.

HERE is an excellent write-up on changing springs that may help SNiiP3R to identify and/or check different things.

Did you check all four AVS modules to see if they are all plugged-in? I wonder if one is not working (e.g. not plugged-in) that it automatically defaults to none of them working.
Also, the AVS system works off of variously located sensors that detect pitch, roll and heave...so maybe something is disconnected from one of those sensors.
