What should I pay for 2014 Lexus GS 350 RWD F-Sport

Hello,
What should I pay for 2014 Lexus GS 350 RWD F-Sport with 1k miles ?
MSRP $59,383. I got offered 8k discount.
Should I ask for 20% off MSRP ?
Please advise....
