I noticed a few days ago that my '13 F Sport has heated side mirrors! Looking closely at the radio console, I saw the icon for heated side mirrors along with the heated back window. I have never used that button before since California is always sunny, but will try it when it gets cold!
Not sure if mine has it. I have 16 FSport, not AWD though so no heated steering

WHAT!!! No extension! How could Lexus cheap out like that? As I drove along cursing the accountants at Toyota for failing to authorize another $2 for usable sun visors, a thought occurred to me. Maybe, just maybe..... Ah YES!!!! The entire visor slides along the arm! Perfect!
I have to try this . Was trying to figure out the visor in the 2016 today. Also , you know what the slit is for in the front of the visor ?
not much of a discovery but the HOLD button (upon complete stop, you can depress brakes and it will hold until you press gas). Had that feature in my '11 e-class and was bummed the '13 GS didn't have it. now it does and it's even better
I like the feature but it does not remember the setting . You have to turn it on every time your start the car.
Best feature to date is the fact that the sunroof can be kept open without creating a woof, woof woof sound. I don't need to open any of the windows to make driving with the sunroof open a pleasant experience. My last two cars (BMW 550 and Infiniti GS37) were horrible in this respect.
I drove a rather long late evening drive on some back roads recently, and those turning headlights provide better visibility than any vehicle I've ever driven.

What years or options do they have the turning headlights on?
Not my favorite feature, but one that I only came across recently - there's a "Comfort Guide" for outboard rear seat belts (also in the 3rd gen model) that will add a bit of comfort for kids or "smaller-than-average" people: just pull the plastic-thing out.
Last night I had my phone on my lap and it slid to the right; I thought it was lost forever but someone was thinking and added an extra piece of material closing the gap in between the seat and center console.
Agreed. Hated in my last car dropping something between the seat and center console and having it disappear into the Black Hole.
Second, found the automatic side mirror retracting feature after 2 months.
Third, the center rear armrest that holds two bottle waters perfectly for the time you get very thirsty.

I just discovered something by accident - I have a 2017 GS350 RWD with Luxury Package. I've never had a car with Radar cruise control before, so maybe this is something well-known, but I *really* liked it. (Do other cars with radar cruise control do the following?)
I had the radar cruise control enabled on a long highway drive, everything was great, until I hit a bad traffic jam - traffic was backed up, stop and go for a couple of miles. The radar cruise control slowed me down automatically, applying brake and throttle automatically while maintaining a safe distance to the car in front of me, in stop and go traffic, no matter how slow we were moving. On the occasions where the traffic would come to a complete stop, a "Paused" status appeared on the dashboard display. All I had to do was "touch" the gas pedal, or alternatively, hit "resume" on cruise control, and the car would start moving again. I never had to touch the brake during all this, and using the "resume" function on cruise control, never had to touch the gas pedal either, even during the stop and go traffic jam. Worked great, and it really took the "chore" out of keeping up with stop and go traffic!
