I'm with you. I remember one time I was quite a ways from home and accidentally shut the trunk to my Acura TSX with the keys in it. Oops. Had to call a locksmith to let me back into it.

The space-saver spare tire wheel is painted yellow to remind the owner (and others) that they are speed-restricted and for limited, emergency use only, until the proper wheel and tire is repaired or replaced. The bright yellow color is of course a mismatch to the other wheels on the vehicle, so it hopefully prevents [some] owners from just continually driving with it on the vehicle.

Just discovered today (by mistake) that the power trunk lid can be stopped in any position with a single click of the trunk button on the fob while it's in motion. Definitely more of a useful feature for SUVs but now I know should I ever find myself needing to get into the trunk with a low enough obstruction in the way, I can stop the trunk lid prior to hitting said obstruction.

The car remembers your mirror settings when you reverse
Parallel park next to a curb, adjust your right mirror so you can see the curb and you tires correctly, , then put it back into either park or drive. Next time you reverse, the car will move the mirror back to allow you to see the curb so you don't get curb rash. I thought this was a BRILLIANT use of memory recalled settings.

And one more post to help my post count
, the Navigation and web search actually works very well, make sure to install the enform app on your phone and have it running, then just use web search instead of using yelp to find an address. Voice recog works generally ok after it is trained, and given that you only pronounce single digits and not the entire street address at once.

2018 F-Sport
I like that I can change the color of the tach needle (blue, white and red)
Also I noticed that if I smash the pedal, the outer ring of the tach turns red as I near the red line. The outer ring also changes color when switched to sport or sport+ mode.
The G-Force graph is pretty cool. Haven't pushed it to the outer edge of the graph as of yet![Wink](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
The ML amp is powerful enough to push an Alpine 10" DVC sub. No control over it but it added a lot of depth to the sound. Still going to wire up the DSP and amp when I get time.
Does anyone know if there is a user setting to have the mirrors fold with ignition rather than locks, or is it a dealer/carista change?

My favorite features:
1. The doors cannot be locked if the electronic key is left inside the vehicle. That means, the driver cannot lock himself out.
2. If a door is not opened within approximately 60 seconds after the vehicle is unlocked, the security feature automatically locks the vehicle again. However, this does not mean, if the driver turns the ignition off, gets out of the car, closes the doors but forgets to lock them, they will automatically lock within a few seconds.
