Is that the OEM Lexus one? I was looking at these on the Lexus Europe site and wishing they'd sell them here in Canada. North American models list a tow rating of "not recommended" whereas European models look like 1,000kg (2,200 lbs or so). Even though the car is exactly the same!

Yes! its OEM Lexus, I will try to get the part number for you. I think the company that make this Tow kit for Lexus is "Thule".

U Haul offers a GS350 hitch receiver but only for the 2013, and not the 2014-15 model year.

Curious why not for the 2014-15-their website says the hitch must be custom made.

I have had good luck with them as their hitch bolted onto the 2008 Prius with minimal underbody trim piece trimming.

Just need a hitch to mount the bike rack.

Also, if you are near the U Haul fabrication center in Tempe, AZ, they will fabricate a hitch for your 2014-15 GS350 for no charge in exchange for letting them use your car to build a prototype.

They responded to my inquiry and I shot them an email tonight asking what is different about the 2014-15 that would necessitate a custom made hitch.

Waiting to hear...
