Possible to have 265 rear wheel for AWD?

oops.. i was meaning to ask OP what his wheel width was
. ALthough I currently have a 3GS, its an AWD and , I've ran 265/30 on a 10 and 10.5 with 225/35 to match up front.
I was trying to see if he was wanting to put a 265 wheel on the OEM wheels. Not sure exactly the width of his wheels but, in my opinion a 265 may look silly on an 8.5 or 9' wide rim.
