Oh man, I know!! My house was super cheap. It was a foreclosure. Plan to fix it up and sell it. It's too small but it is on a golf course which I love. Maybe we should start a thread about our houses lol

HERE is a unique property I like. It has a 4,760 SqFt 'Showroom Garage' for 16 vehicles. It was only $29.5 Million.

If we can afford these houses we wouldn't be driving a GS guys, we would be driving Lambos and McLarens.

Don't know about Steve with his new LS there... he might have something up his sleeves..

lol yeah, and in NYC you'd pay at least 15 millions for something like this. I remember not that long ago, some Russian billionaire bought an apartment in NY for his daughter. He paid 88 millions for it.....!!! That's why a lot of people I know are moving to FL or NC, basically as far as they can get from these ridiculous prices.

I can't compete with the garage posted earlier, but I can say I did all the work myself. When I bought the house this was an unfinished garage. No ceiling, no interior walls finished, no A/C units etc. I did 100% of the finish work myself with no help.

Nice setup there. All you need now is a flatscreen and a kegerater with Shiner bock.
