Update:
Last Saturday I took my GS to my local authorized dealer workshop and from the VIN Database they informed me that my GS ever did the warranty claim on all four side for the shock absorber in 46.452 km (28.864 miles) back in 2016. Yes I know that sounds ridiculous, but most road condition in Jakarta are bad.

Amazingly I met the lead technician who did the warranty claim job back in 2016 (when my car was in previous owner possession), he test drove my car together with me.
After doing so, his analysis is that my front left side engine mounting insulation already worn out that causing knocking/clucking sound.

I am ordering the part right now, unfortunately Lexus Indonesia must back order it from Japan as they don't have it ready.

That knocking/clucking sound you hear is your engine lifting up a few inches when it revs/torques up and then the engine falling back down onto what remains of your torn engine mount. (Hitting potholes and driving on bad roads will oftentimes cause engine mounts to need replacing.) Hopefully the new engine mount comes in quickly for you to have it replaced.
