A/C is Struggling
I have a 2 1/2 year old car and with temperatures up around 34-35 Celsius (93-95 F) today, the air conditioner in the car is taking about 10 to 15 minutes of driving before any appreciable cool air is being vented into the car. I don't recall this delay in the air conditioning the previous two summers. Is anyone experiencing similar performance from their A/C, or do I need to visit the dealer?

Are you sure the A/C is turned On? If so, you need to see your dealer.

Also check the direction of the airflow, if it's blowing to the windshield it will take a lot longer to cool down the interior. I have mine blow to the windshield to cool my dash cam and radar detector.

Mine was working fine yesterday, but i noticed i had to set the Auto temp to 22-23degC, instead of 25degC where i usually set it, to get the same effect. Close the sunroof cover and the rear sunshade - it is hotter than last summer!
If this doesn't fix the issue - dealer time. Should be under warranty.

Yeah I think two things which may delay the a/c operating at full capacity is that my wife tells me she finds it too cold when driving alone and so turns the fan down and the auto function turns off. So I think it takes a few minutes for the a/c to spool up, that and parking the car in direct sun with a high ambient temperature will also delay the cold air.
We leave the a/c on at all times as the toggle is buried in the Climate screen and we still need the dehumidifying effect in the winter.

A black/black car here in Texas and no problems with the heat. Do you have the s-flow on? No plastic bags sucked in and blocking the radiator, both electric fans working? There is a freon sight glass but its in front of condenser on drivers side, I've never tried to get my head down in there to see it though. Oh yeah, I know they stopped using freon r12 a long time ago. Freon is just a cool word.

No issues here, and I'm in the same part of the world you are. I get cool air within 30 seconds of starting the engine. I generally leave it set at 22, auto, s-flow on. Is it that you're getting no air from the vents for a long time, or the air is warm?

Is your AC going into recirc mode? Just wondering since improper AC cabin filter replacement can cause the recirc gear to break. Of course, if it's pulling hot outside air, it would run at Max, and take much longer to cool
