Actually, there isn't any other "special trim" for the GS450h models & even though it has more power, it's also heavier & slower performance wise than the GS350. And the regular GS350 has unique features as well that aren't available on the GS450h such as optional 18 way power front seats (only 10-way power driver and front passenger seats are available on GS450h models with no option for 18 way power seats for 2015) plus the GS350 has more additional wood & interior color choices as well.
Furthermore, I think I've already made it perfectly clear in previous posts that even though all 3 engines on the GS are different, the GS450 hybrid is a specialized model with a CVT transmission that isn't a gas only engine which totally separates it from legitimate GS350 or GS200t comparisons, so repeating the same sentiment over & over again isn't going to change this clear truth.
I would not rely too much on that 2016 GS450h Product Info sheet. It looks incomplete, they omitted Premium LED headlights as an option while even 200t gets it as an option and there is also no mention of LDH either.
If they did drop the Luxury package that would mean they went from one extreme to the other. When they debuted GS everyone was baffled with the omission of F-Sport package and how it was common sense to offer it. Apparently that was only not obvious to US managers for some reason.

I have friends who own the GS350 and I test drove the GS350 (in both the F-Sport and the non F-Sport trim).
As a 13' GS450h owner, your first statement really depends on how fast you're going.
From a line, between signals, the GS350 will be slower due to the massive torque advantage of the hybrid engine.
From about 30-65, it will be dead even or the GS350 may even edge out here.
From 65+, there is no contest that the GS450h will have the advantage. It's crazy fast at higher speeds as both engines, the hybrid & gasoline, both dish out max power and the extra hybrid battery weight doesn't play as big of a factor when rolling fast.
But basically we're talking about fractions of a second faster. The GS-F is what one should consider if they care more about beating people off the line (legally, I hope), tracking the car, etc. I love both the 2013-2014 GS350 and the GS450h.. they are both excellent vehicles targeted to slightly different audiences.
Regarding the 18-way power seats, my vehicle has them, but you're correct.. for the 2015+, they changed a lot of things (i.e. no bamboo steering wheel anymore either). Keep in mind on the GS450h, you could get the Sport+ mode (Adaptive Variable Suspension) PLUS get all the luxury features. With the GS350, you had to compromise one for the other (hence the F-Sport vs Luxury model debate).
do you guys in the states get the GS250?
the GS200t is the replacement for the GS250
same how the IS250 is getting replaced by the IS200T
the tree goes
GSF
GS450H
GS350
GS250/200T
though the new GS looks are backwards
but it does make the older model look old though esp in the front im still not convinced about the rear
Up where? I ran a google search and all I found were "renders" (i believe photoshopped versions of the luxury that was unveiled)

Little disappointed that the front bumper is so similar to the non F-sport...definitely can't distinguish the models (besides the color) as much as the current gen car.
I suspect the future styling direction for Lexus is still more like the forthcoming 4th Generation RX, and there, the headlights are integrated again, while the tail lights have an L-inspired shape, but done in a different way:

I think Lexus might only have the integrated design for the headlights on the new SUVs, as seen in the new RX and LX, while keeping the separated design for the sedans and coupes.
