Just returned my 14 IS F Sport loaner car and I couldn't get over how much more comfortable the seats are vs. my 13 GS F-Sports. I wonder why lexus made the GS seats so much firmer and hard? Or am I imagining things?

I think you're imagining things. Well, depends on your size too. I'm 5'11, 200 lbs, wide shoulders and I hated my IS loaner seats. They were too small for me, not comfortable at all. I've got many compliments on how comfortable the GS seats are.

I prefer the 2014 IS seats over the 2015 GS-F seats although they are both good. I'm average height & weight which I assume is the benchmark design criteria.
