The pads I am using seem to be right on par with the oem pads...stopping power is superb

Mine is becoming noisy too now, say going from 10 MPH to a stop.So all I need for the swap are the brake pads, a clamp, pliers, brake cleaners and anti squeal right? The shims are reusable right?

Yeah, 2 wheels cakin is enough man, we don't need all 4! Mine is becoming noisy too now, say going from 10 MPH to a stop.

The new pads come with rubberized shims, you don't need the old ones...anti squeal is optional as the new shims are rubberized...
The noise is mostl likely due to the amazing amount of brake dust built up in your caliper

The rotors are the only part that is larger
For the record, the same brake pads will fit 2013-2015 gs350 regardless of f sport or not, and regardless of awd or not....they all use the same caliper
To clarify further on the differences on the brakes....
F sport rwd has a 14" rotor vrs the 13.1" that the awd and non f sport
F sport rwd uses 4 piston vrs a 2 piston variant of the same caliper the other gs's use
The composition of the pad material may be different between the different set ups, but the size of the pad is the same...if you cross reference on akebono you will see the same exact pad is called for on all gs models...

C clamp isn't necessary, you can use a pair of pliers, put a paper towel in between the pliers and caliper so you don't scratch it up

Brake pads are like tires. The more bite the quicker they wear. You either go for longer life and less braking power or shorter life and higher braking power.
With that said, most of us use our cars for commuting and don't really need maximum braking power. Normal pads should be just fine.

Stop an inch short and there is no damage.
Needing an extra 5 feet to stop = ~$20,000 damage.

Do you want to be able to stop quick enough to avoid an accident entirely...or just get slowed down enough before impact that the damage hopefully doesn't cause injuries or death?
I will ALWAYS use the OEM brake pads for a street driven car.
Compared to the OE brake pads:
How do those aftermarket brake pads perform when cold?
How do those aftermarket brake pads perform when hot?
How do those aftermarket brake pads perform after repeated braking?
How do those aftermarket brake pads perform when wet?
How do those aftermarket brake pads perform from [say] 80 mph to zero?
How do those aftermarket brake pads perform before they are heated up?

There is always an argument for performance. But considering not everyone drives a car like a GS and yet they somehow manage to stop in time without damage, odds are you'll be OK.
