New brake pads installed

You don't have to turn them every time you replace the pads though. Read that they recommend you clean off the rotors and sand them down with some fine grit sand paper before putting them back on with the new pads. Did that with my old car whenever I changed the pads out.

Here u can hear the noise. I'm gonna install the OEM pads back and try this again to see if it does the same thing.

Then guess I'm going back to OEM pads. Maybe my rotors have been coated heavily with the OEM pads and can't play with the new ceramics well. Well damn! Dusty here go again.

Yup. They've been on for almost a month. I have a daily commute of about 30 mins total. So far, so good.

I think you are right....looks like your rotors were glazed from the previous pads...I would go ahead and clean them up and scuff them, hopefully your new pads aren't glazed with material off your rotors

You can use really fine steel wool or you can use fine waterproof sand paper. Add that with soap and water and you're good to go.
To remove the process should be similar or the same as the 3GS I'm assume.

Alright I switched back to my OEM pads and all is well again. So much for the dust free wheels!
The OEM pads do cover the entire disc surface unlike the aftermarket one leaves a rust ring in the middle. I feel better now that my car can stop on a dime without slipping.
