The price is pretty much right for a GS with the F-sport package with such low mileage. That's also a great color combination (starfire on black f sport) in my opinion. You should ask your dealer why they can't match or come down closer to Greenwich's price-point. They may indicate its b/c of the low mileage, but any of these '13 GS's with anywhere between 20k-30k miles that has been taken care of will feel and ride just about the same.

It really boils down to your tastes, your gut feeling, your budget and how that aligns with the car you want. Sounds like your hesitant because of the price point but it isn't a small purchase so you want to get the best deal you can.

Also, my advice is never to rush...sales people like to rush you into things, take your time and get YOUR car, the right car for YOU, not the right car to fill the salesman's monthly quota...
This forum has been so helpful as someone just pointed out that they got one for a 0% APR financing. Its true, I just found out myself that GS L Certified gets a 0% financing for up to 60 month. When I was there at the dealership, I told my salesperson that I have tier 1 credit and the sales person kept insisting that he does not know until credit form was completed, but it will not be lower then 1.9%. He asked me if I could find that on his computer, I tried but I could not find it at that moment.
It appears when you click on the main page "specials" then "Pre owned vehicle specials" it says it on a big screen that GS L certified Lexus has a 0% financing, offer expires Nov 2, 2015. Hey that is almost 2K of savings in 5 years. I can invest that money into some serious mods or drive a whole year of a fee tank of gas. I thought that a sales person would be educated on the latest offers and discounts for their customers as that would make the sale much more smoother for both parties involved.

I will be test driving an F sports package and a premium one tomorrow to see if there is any difference between them. I know that the difference is mostly cosmetic and I wonder of how tighter the suspension is on an F sports one. I read that some people don't even feel much of the difference. Also I am not sure if people are getting rim and tire insurance for the F sports model, especially those of us that live in states like NY were the roads are not the best.

Just wanted to update you guys that I have changed my mind. Thanks everyone for your help. Test drove GS 350's for two more days, drove the premium package and F sports. I am 6"4, I noticed that I might be a bit too big for GS. I then saw a catalog that the dealership had, it was RX350, so I will be pre-ordering that when the prices will be available. I changed my mind because I often take road trips out of NY, it least on a seasonal basis and will probably be a few passengers coming along. I saw that the back seat is just too narrow if the front seat is set all the way back.

I personally would never recommend a GS to anyone over 6', or 6' 1". And, if the owner has regular riders (lunch, dinner, business meetings, guests, friends, etc. that are 6' tall people, then the GS is just not convenient for them - the car is just too small.

What do you guys think, 36.5K for a Lexus GS 350 F sport, year 2013?, it has around 27K miles on it. I also noticed that not too F sport packages are available for some reason. I don't know the exact packages included but on the phone it sounded like it was pretty much loaded. I know GS in particular has a pretty good resale value. I used to own a GS 300 1998 with 178K trouble free miles before it sailed back to Japan during hurricane sandy, never saw it again.
If you want to buy mine out of the lease, it's your's. It's a rear wheel with ML, HUD, dynamic rear steer, 20% window tint all around, pearl white with black interior. PM if you want.

I am done with leasing. I want to buy a car and keep it for 7 years and still have one of the best resale values of most other car manufacturers today. Heh, even a used 3-4 year old RX costs 30+K today, well optioned. I am just waiting for the prices to come out. My budget is about 50-55K, would love to have that F sports package with the RX 350. Car is getting crazy good reviews, new design, more space, faster and better. Even in 3-5 years, I believe I can re sell it for over 50% of its original price or if not, then i can just drive it for 10+ years and it will be all worth it. Reliability is the key. How cool is the wireless charging option for a daily driver? Priceless.
