Default Noisy valve guides

I just purchased a preowned 2013 GS350 with 26K that had already had the valve guides replaced at 22K due to bad gas. Everything else about the car checked out great and it is Lexus Certified so I didn't have any concerns about purchasing the car. I think the engine seems to be fine and has plenty of power and runs great, but while accelerating slowly from a stop you can hear the valves make this clanging sound (almost sounds like a diesel) until I past 15000 - 2000 rpm. Under moderate to hard acceleration I can't hear the valves.

Anyone else experiencing this same issue? Should I be concerned about the sound and take it into the dealership to be checked out? Is replacing the valve guides a big deal? Will they quiet down after I get more miles on the car and the new valve guides?

Thanks.

My GS I picked up over two months ago sounds like a diesel truck. I was actually going to take it in to the dealership and ask them about it. Does anyone know if the desiel sounding engine is normal? The ticking I'm aware of and that's normal but sounding like a diesel is something I'm worried about as well. It's exactly like you described it. It goes away under hard exceleration and over 1500 RPM. The service history on my GS doesnt show the previous owner ever bring it in for anything other then all the regular maintenance items to the Lexus dealership, so I'm not sure. My GS had less then 21k miles on it when I bought it.

My 2015 doesn't have the loud clacking at start up like the video showed, but after it settles in that's what my motor sounds like...it does seem to have more valve chatter then what I was used to with Acura, but nothing that concerns me either

Its nothing like that, I know what they are talking about.

When ever you accelerate the car slightly when in Drive, the car makes a sound like a Sowing machine inside the engine. If you put your music up you wont be able to hear it. It sounds louder when its a cold start but nothing to be frighten about.

I would like to know if this is normal tho
