Pole Position
No power folding mirrors for 2013 MY. Even my 2013 KIA Optima SX Turbo (traded in) which stickered for 35K had power folding mirrors. Ridiculous how the 2013 GS doesn't.

Why is this so important? Seriously. I have them on my new '15. I can't really see what they do for you, unless you have a very narrow garage entry. Is there some cool thing you can do with them that my tiny mind simply cannot grasp?

Just a nice option to have if you are driving into your garage/driveway and its a narrow space or any restaurant/parking lot/parking space that is tight and you want to fold in your mirrors. Here in NYC, every space seems narrow so having the feature is helpful in those tight spots.
As far as a deal breaker, as others have mentioned the 2014+ have it as an optional feature so the OP could see if a '14 fits into their budget and requirements.

I've never had the power folding mirrors and so haven't missed them . . . until now. I have a '13 and whenever I go through the carwash, the passenger side mirror folds and I have to get out afterward to fold it back. The tension on it is not as stiff as the driver's side. I called the dealership and they told me that they were not aware of any way to adjust the tension on those mirrors. Has anybody else had this issue or know of a way to adjust the tension?
