Yes. Everything is set to ON. I have it Show Notifications on in Bluetooth settings also.

I'll check when I get out of work but I am certain my car settings are the same as your's as things work fine on my Note4 phone.

When all hope was lost, I rebooted my iPhone and finally got it to work. Thanks everyone.
Damn shame iPhones won't let the car respond via texts though,
