Either Genuine Toyota 0W-20 Full Synthetic Motor Oil, which is what a Lexus dealership's service department will use...or Mobil 0W-20 Full Synthetic Motor Oil. Oil capacity with new oil filter is 6.8 quarts, but it is perfectly okay to go ahead and use 7 full quarts.

about 25K, I do oil every 5K though. Yes I know the manual says 10. better safe than sorry.
I'm debating this right now, at 1500 miles on a '15. Emotionally 10K seems like way too many miles between changes. The independent shop that just re-engined my E36 M3 thinks 10K is crazy; they do 3K organic, 5-7K synthetic. On the other hand, Mother Toyota has labs and lots of people in white coats that say 10K. Bother.
I use mobile one 0w-20 like Bclexus mentioned and oem filter on my RX350.I change it every 7500 miles not 10k like Lexus recommends. Gives me peace of mind. With my new GS I plan on taking it into the dealer as the difference in price buying my own oil/ filter and paying for labor is minimal. Plus GS is still under warranty and I prefer the documented service at the dealer.

If you think changing oil at 10K is crazy, BMW does it every 12K. I think changing at 10K is fine since it's probably engineered to go 15K, but manufacturers recommend 10-12K to be safe. Many cars have been going the 10K interval route for quite a while already and there doesn't seem to be many oil-related problems. 10K oil changes are fine. My old Camry called for 7,500 mile oil change intervals. I changed the oil once a year with cheap Castrol GTX conventional oil. 13 years later, she still ran fine. Sold it to a friend and it's still running fine today.
I'm also not sold on the Toyota oil. Las t I checked Toyota is not in the refinery business so Toyota oil is whomever they contract out to produce their oil, often times by the lowest bidder. Oil debates can get testy so use whatever you feel makes you happy.
